Eddie’s extensive background includes senior roles at leading insurance firms such as Marsh (Hong Kong) Ltd and Jardine Lloyd Thompson Ltd, where he specialized in marine cargo, freight forwarder liability, and claims handling. His career journey, which began with hands-on logistics management, provides him with a dual perspective on the challenges faced by freight forwarders and logistics providers in the rapidly evolving logistics landscape.
